 If you were a food, what would you be?
Braised short ribs, because I put my heart and soul into everything, and braised short ribs take heart and soul to make perfectly!
 
At what event did you earn your Jeffrey A. Miller chops?

At Appleford. It was the first party I ever did, but there were actually two parts to it. The first was a rehearsal dinner and the second was a wedding reception for the same client.

Who cooks for you and what do you like best?

My wife. I like everything at one time or another, it depends on my mood.

What is your favorite food?     Eventually eaten.
Who cooks for you and what do you like best?  I cook for myself.  The meal I like best is the one I don’t have to cook.
What is your greatest accomplishment?  I spent 5 years in the Navy and was awarded 11 medals and 3 commendations.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?  Hunting in the Poconos for my own food, deer & turkey.

An onion, because it could be sweet, savory or bitter, depending on how it is treated!

My first ever event, I was assisting and the head chef had a family emergency and couldn’t come.

Who cooks for you and what do you like best?

My wife; I have to like it!

I love what I do; I would stay a chef!

At what event did you earn your Jeffrey A. Miller chops?
Many years ago we did a party around Bristol, by the river. It was in the middle of nowhere and we had nothing to work with there: we had to bring everything with us, even the water. At the end of the night, everyone at the party gave us a standing ovation.
 
Who cooks for you and what do you like best?
The only food I can eat is my wife’s cooking. I love rice; I could eat rice twenty-four hours a day. I like to eat it with onion and lamb.

If you were a food, what would you be?A perfectly roasted chicken.
Any hobbies? I spend a lot of time reading cookbooks. I own hundreds of them. So many things to cook! So many ways to cook! 
Who cooks for you and what do you like best? I usually do the cooking at home. I like just opening the fridge and seeing what I can do with whatever’s in there. At any given time, I’m probably obsessed with some particular ingredient or cooking style. A few weeks ago it was French tarragon. Before that it was kimchee.
