A pastoral backdrop for your special day.
Nestled among 175 acres of breathtaking foliage, sweeping meadows and rolling hills, the John James Audubon Center offers a bucolic setting for any event, private or public, at any time of year.
Once the estate of famed naturalist and illustrator, John James Audubon, the Audubon Center is a beautiful retreat from fast-paced city life. Choose to host your event within the 18th-Century fieldstone barn with its hand-hewn beams and soaring wooden ceiling, or perhaps in the newer all-wood pavilion. Your guests will enjoy strolling outside, within the shade of the apple orchard or beside the bank of the winding creek. Whether you are planning dinner for 50 guests or a ball for 250, Audubon is the ideal venue for any elegant and special occasion.
Support the legacy of America’s famous conservationist.
As the one-time home of John James Audubon, the Audubon Center strives to continue his work by connecting people with nature through his art and the fascinating story of the American conservation movement. The Center provides educational programs to the public regarding the conservation and protection of wildlife habitats and species as well as providing a sanctuary for local bird species. Holding your special event at the John James Audubon Center supports this cause, as a portion of rental proceeds go towards the Center’s wonderful mission. Click here for more information...
